Zhaoxi Zhang, a PhD student at the School, has been announced as the winner of the Royal Statistical Society's Statistical Excellence Award for Early-Career Writing. The Statistical Excellence Award for Early-Career Writing is organised by Significance Magazine and the Young Statisticians Section of the Royal Statistical Society with the aim of encouraging statisticians to share data-related stories that help society resolve today’s biggest issues.
