Travel information The event will take place in the James Clerk Maxwell Building at the King's Buildings Campus. On arrival in the building, please make your way to room 3217 on the 3rd floor to register. Student ambassadors will be on hand to direct you if necessary. Covid-19 measures In order to make our on-campus events as safe as possible for staff, students and visitors, we would like to bring your attention to the measures put in place. Please be aware that guidance in Scotland may differ to guidance in your country of residence. We ask that visitors wear a face covering inside our buildings, unless exempt. We also recommend taking a lateral flow test before attending the event. If your test is positive, we ask you do not attend the event. If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, or if you are required to self-isolate, please do not attend. On arrival at the event, you will be asked to provide your details for Test and Protect purposes. We will ensure that: Spaces are ventilated and surfaces clean Hand washing and sanitising stations are provided There are opportunities for distancing in indoor spaces We will contact attendees if any visitors or staff members test positive following the event.
